Measuring in at only 4 foot 10, this petite powerhouse is also our strategic mastermind. With her 15 years of experience, Adelle is adept at helping clients come up with an ideal communications plan and translates their goals to the creative team. Adelle’s humor, brains and caffeine addiction are legendary — she can send out a mass mailing, sit through a marathon meeting and crank out a press release — all before breakfast.

Brian Christian

Senior Designer

You may wonder who our resident tatooed guy is — it’s Brian! He’s also a rare find — a talented designer who doubles as an illustrator. During his nine years at The Network, Brian has become famous for his can-do attitude and his ability to turn seemingly ordinary concepts into vibrant physical designs. His pratfalls rival Chevy Chase. And as an ex-geek, Brian can quote any scene from Star Wars on a moment’s notice.

Karress Motley

Graphic Designer

If it’s gotta be cool, you’ve gotta have Karress Motley. He’s a stylish and slick designer with 12 years of experience in corporate design and advertising. Despite having his name butchered every day, CAR-ess has managed to create award-winning communication pieces for Fortune 500 clients with a fresh, urban flair. His specialties: high energy marketing (and high stakes poker). We’re glad he joined our motley crew.

Jeanne Boorstein

Senior Copywriter

Who wrote all this stuff, you may ask? Look no further. Jeanne is the gal who dreams up killer copy for our clients and our company. During her 15-year career, she has produced countless videos and written award-winning educational materials, ads, websites and scripts. Unlike most brooding writers, Jeanne is annoyingly perky. She is also known for her extraordinary klutizness and her ability to get a message across with pizzazz.

This genteel gentleman heads up our Sales and Account Management teams. He has over ten years of experience developing programs for some of the world’s largest companies. Clark’s #1 priority is pleasing our clients and keeping them coming back for more. Don’t be fooled by his southern charm - Clark is a sharp, energetic leader with an uncanny problem-solving ability and an unnaturally neat office.

Jay Thomas

Creative Director

Every company has its pierced, tattooed creative guy. Jay is not that guy — he’s the one who actually comes up with the great ideas. With 18 years of experience, Jay lives to strategize and communicate. Whenever he can dig himself out from the snowdrifts of documents in his office, Jay assumes the role of creative guru and cheerleader. He loves to set his creative types loose on a creative challenge and watch the fur fly.

Brad Ford

Director of Production

If it absolutely, positively has to get there, Brad’s your man. He directs all of mPower’s production and distribution activity, which includes estimating, purchasing, traffic and vendor relations. Brad is a Network old-timer, with over 13 years working on our printing and fulfillment. And you want to talk dedication? Brad once delivered materials to a client in the middle of a blizzard. He was also late for his own wedding rehearsal to meet a client’s delivery request.
